(16)\n26-0011-S5\nCD 10\nMOTION (HUTT - JURADO) relative to funding for traffic control\nservices associated with the 52nd Annual Los Angeles Korean Parade.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $30,140 in the Council District\n10 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture Fund\nNo. 43D/50 to the Council Fund No. 100/28, Account No. 6010\n(Office and Administrative) for traffic control services associated\nwith the 52nd Annual Los Angeles Korean Parade.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to prepare, process\nand execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to\nCalifornia Traffic Control Services, Inc., or any other agency or\norganization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the\nabove purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as\nto form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections,\nclarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions,\nincluding any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent\nof this Motion, and including any corrections and change to fund\nor account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes\nmay be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
