19.\nAuthorize the Los Angeles County Museum of Art to Develop and\nImplement a Plan for the Sale of Alcohol\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Find that authorizing the\napplication and operation of alcohol sales and consumption at the Los Angeles\nCounty Museum of Art (LACMA) is within the scope of the impacts analyzed in\nthe April 19, 2019 Final Environmental Impact Report previously certified by the\nBoard. Authorize the Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Museum of\nArt to prepare a plan, in conjunction with Museum Associates and in\nconsultation with the Acting Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Regional\nPlanning, and key community stakeholders, to ensure safe and responsible\ndistribution and consumption of alcohol on premises within the LACMA campus\non Wilshire Boulevard. Instruct and authorize the Director and the Chief\nExecutive Officer of the Museum of Art, to submit, or facilitate the submittal of,\napplications to, obtain approvals from, execute any agreements and additional\ndocuments with, and comply with the terms and conditions as required by the\nDepartment of Regional Planning, other applicable County Departments, and\nState Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the sale and consumption\nof alcohol at the LACMA campus on Wilshire Boulevard. Further direct and\nauthorize the Acting Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Regional Planning,\nand any other applicable County Department Heads to cooperate in the timely\nprocessing of such applications, obtaining approvals, and enforcing the\nrequired terms and conditions associated therewith.
