27.\nCampus Kilpatrick Pool Fence and Campus Kilpatrick-Camp Miller\nPerimeter Fence Replacement Capital Projects\nRecommendation: Find that the two proposed Capital Projects (CP's) at\nCampus Kilpatrick-Camp Miller (3) are within the scope of previously-approved\nimprovements and the Board's previous findings of exemption from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act, and there has been no change in the\nprojects or the circumstances under which they are undertaken that would\nchange the Board's previous conclusion. Establish and approve two (CPs) as\nfollows: Campus Kilpatrick Pool Fence Replacement Project, CP No. 8A051,\nwith a total budget of $1,046,000, the project budget includes $55,000 for\npre-construction costs, which were previously funded and expended through\nthe Probation Department’s operating budget; and Campus Kilpatrick-Camp\nMiller Perimeter Fence Replacement Project, Capital Project No. 8A052, with a\ntotal budget of $5,794,000, the total project budget includes $92,000 for\npre-construction costs, which were previously funded and expended through\nthe Probation Department’s operating budget. Approve an appropriation\nadjustment to transfer $6,693,000 from the Probation Department’s 2011\nRealignment Trust Account for Juvenile Probation Camp Funding as follows:\n$991,000 for the CP No. 8A051, and $5,702,000 to CP No. 8A052. Authorize\nthe Director of Internal Services to deliver the two proposed projects using a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract.
