Staff certifies the accuracy of the demands.\nExecutive Summary:\nOn March 15, 2023, the City of Lynwood and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority (LACMTA) entered into an agreement for implement capacity\nimprovements along Imperial Highway. On August 15, 2023, City Council awarded a\nconstruction contract to All American Asphalt for the Imperial Highway Corridor Capacity\nEnhancement Project. The total project cost, including construction, change orders,\nconstruction management and inspection, labor compliance, and project management, is\n$4,468,952.90. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans\nand specifications and is now ready for formal acceptance by the City Council. (PW)\nRecommendation:
