13. 26-54118\nRecommendation to adopt Specification No. RFP FM-26-684 and award a contract\nto SA Recycling LLC., of Orange, CA, for the recycling, depollution, and disposal of\nvehicles, vessels, and other equipment, in an annual amount of $250,000, for a\nperiod of two years; and, authorize a 10 percent contingency of $25,000, for a total\nannual amount not to exceed $275,000, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontracts, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
