12. 26-54117\nRecommendation to adopt Specification No. RFP FM-24-433 and award contracts\nto Supreme Towing, Inc., dba City Tow Service and Kustom Towing, Inc., of Long\nBeach, CA, for as-needed heavy-duty towing services, in an aggregate annual\namount of $250,000, for a period of two years; and, authorize a 10 percent\ncontingency of $25,000, for a total aggregate annual amount not to exceed\n$275,000, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
