10.\nINTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MILITARY EQUIPMENT USE POLICY\nPURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 7070, ET. SEQ.\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Robert Coffee Architect and Associates, of\nDripping Springs, Texas, to provide additional scope of work for the Anthony Munoz\nCommunity Center Gymnasium Project in the amount of $14,200 for a total not-to-\nexceed contract amount of $986,020; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but not limited to, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction-related activities.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Mobilematics DBA Cloudnomics of Santa Clara,\nCalifornia, for firewall support, in a contract amount not to exceed $257,100, and an additional\n3-year term.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, of Madison,\nAlabama, for the Public Safety Dispatch and Police Report Management Systems Replacement\nProjects, in a contract amount not-to-exceed $9,123,734.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a three-year\nService Agreement with Info-Tech Research Group, of Las Vegas, Nevada for Consulting\nServices, in a contract amount not-to-exceed $250,686.
