12. Agreement for Reimplementation of Utility Payment Kiosks and Three-Year\nMaintenance & Support Services\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve a three-year SaaS and Services Agreement with CityBase, Inc., for the\nrepair and reimplementation of the City’s utility payment kiosks and associated\nSaaS maintenance and support services, in an amount not to exceed $171,240.00;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make agreed-upon, non-\nsubstantive changes to the Agreement, if needed; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
