3.E.\nApproval of a Use Restriction in Connection with the Transfer of Real Property (APN 122-080-049) from the Successor Agency to the City of Norco Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34181(a)(1)).\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAdopt a resolution approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute and cause to be recorded a Use Restriction governing the transfer of approximately 0.34 acres of real property (APN 122-080-049) from the Successor Agency to the City of Norco; and\nAuthorize staff to submit the executed Use Restriction to the Countywide Oversight Board and the California Department of Finance for final approval.
