APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the 2024-2028 MOU for\nBargaining Unit 23.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Controller and the City Administrative Officer\n(CAO) to correct any clerical errors in the MOU or make\nnecessary technical corrections subsequent to City Council\napproval.\nFiscal Impact Statement:\nThe CAO reports that implementation of this MOU amendment will\nhave no fiscal impact on the General Fund. The Harbor Department\nhas agreed to fully fund the Supervisor Fireboat Mates positions,\nincluding the pay and bonus structure as recommended by the\nFormer Interim Fire Chief.
