CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) hearing held on January 22,\n2026 for Warner Center Apartments II, attached to the Motion.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving\nthe issuance of one or more series of bonds in an amount not to\nexceed $40,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition,\nconstruction, improvement, renovation, furnishing, and\nequipping of a 128-unit multifamily affordable housing\ndevelopment known as Warner Center II Apartments (Project)\nlocated at 21300 Oxnard Street in Council District 3.
