(18)\n13-0934-S3\nMOTION (RAMAN - McOSKER) relative to amending the prior Council\naction of July 2, 2024, regarding the matter of implementation of the\nJobs and Economic Development Incentive (JEDI) Zone Facade\nImprovement Program across the City (Council File No. 13-0934-S3)\nRecommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\nAMEND Council action of July 2, 2024, regarding the matter of the\nTRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to\na subrecipient agreement with a third-party service provider to\nprovide management services associated with implementation of the\nJobs and Economic Development Incentive (JEDI) Zone Facade\nImprovement Program across the City (Council File No. 13-0934-S3)\nto ADOPT the following RECOMMENDATION:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Economic and Workforce Development\nDepartment (EWDD) to identify, negotiate, and execute a\nsubrecipient agreement with a third-party services provider for\nan amount up to $1,500,000 from the American Rescue Plan\nAct Fund (Fund No. 64N); for an amount up to $1,000,000 from\nthe General Fund (Fund No. 100); and for an amount up to\n$500,000 in Community Development Block Grand Funds\n(Fund No. 424) payable to 11-11A Creative Collective, Inc., to\nprovide management services associated with implementation\nof the JEDI Zone Fade Improvement Program across the City.\nItems Called Special\nMotions for Posting and Referral\nCouncil Members' Requests for Excuse from Attendance at Council Meetings\nAdjourning Motions\nCouncil Adjournment\nEXHAUSTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES - If you challenge a City action in court, you may be limited to raising only those\nissues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City\nClerk at or prior to, the public hearing.
