10.F. Annual Weed Abatement Declaration List\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting the attached Resolution with the Declaration List; and/or\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe City reviewed the environmental impacts of the proposed Ordinance pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq. “CEQA”)\nand the regulations promulgated thereunder (14 Cal. Code of Regs. §§ 15000, et seq., the\n“CEQA Guidelines”). Adoption of this Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) under CEQA Guidelines § 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with\ncertainty that there is no possibility that the Resolution may have a significant effect on the\nenvironment.
