That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Union Pacific Railroad Company covering the improvements to\nthe 20th Street at-grade public road crossing (west of Avalon Street) and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in substantially the\nform and format attached, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n2.
