2. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF THE FORMATION OF AN AD HOC CITY COUNCIL\nSUBCOMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH CRITERIA FOR AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS THROUGH THE\nCANNABIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. (CITY ATTORNEY)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council discuss and consider a\nresolution creating a City Council ad hoc committee for the purposes of establishing necessary\ncriteria for awarding scholarships from the Adelanto Cannabis Scholarship Program (“CSP”) and\nto recommend scholarship award recipients.
