(4)\n23-0348\nMotion (Krekorian – Yaroslavsky – Harris-Dawson) relative to the request for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), in consultation with the Department of Building and Safety, and the Climate Emergency Mobilization Office, to report on a plan to launch a technical assistance program to provide direct concierge-like service to large- and medium-sized building decision makers, provide education about impactful energy conservation measures that helps decision makers navigate local, state, and federal rebates, tax incentives, and financing strategies, data-informed outreach strategy with differentiated plans for commercial property, affordable housing, and small "mom-and-pop” multifamily residential buildings, consideration of available federal and state grant funds that could subsidize the cost of running the program, as well as available LADWP funds to scale and coordinate existing initiatives, and related matters.\nCommunity Impact Statement: None submitted\nMotion (Krekorian - Yaroslavsky - Harris-Dawson) dated 3-24-23.pdf
