Appropriate $650,000 from the Water’s Fund Balance to the Automated Meter Integration Upgrade\nproject (OP83-EQ0001); and\n2. Authorize change order #1 to purchase order #2025-00000121 with Ferguson Waterworks of\nPoway, CA (PO #2025-00000121), in the amount of $650,000 for 26,500 Neptune Advanced\nMetering Infrastructure water meter registers, for a new not-to-exceed total amount of $7,150,000.
