(2)\nwaive reading of Urgency Ordinance No. 26-993 and read by title only; and (3) adopt Ordinance No. 26-\n993 - An Urgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of La Puente, California, adopting by\nreference, pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.2, Title 26 of the Los Angeles County Building\nCode, incorporating by reference the California Building Code 2025 Edition; Title 28 of the Los Angeles\nCounty Plumbing Code incorporating by reference the California Plumbing Code 2025 Edition; Title 27\nof the Los Angeles County Electrical Code, incorporating by reference the California Electrical Code\n2025 Edition; Title 29 of the Los Angeles County Mechanical Code, incorporating by reference the\nCalifornia Mechanical Code 2025 Edition; Title 30 of the Los Angeles County Residential Code,\nincorporating by reference the California Residential Code 2025 Edition; (2) introduce Ordinance No. 26-994 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of La Puente,\nCalifornia, adopting by reference, pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.2, Title 26 of the Los\nAngeles County Building Code, incorporating by reference the California Building Code 2025 Edition;\nTitle 28 of the Los Angeles County Plumbing Code incorporating by reference the California Plumbing\nCode 2025 Edition;
