4.\nApproval of an Agreement Between the City of Burbank and the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host\nCommittee to Designate Burbank as an Official Fan Zone for the FIFA World Cup 2026, and\nApproval of a Professional Services Agreement once Finalized in a Form Approved by the City\nAttorney; and to Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Adopted Budget by Appropriating $175,000 in\nFunding – Community Development Department\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the Official Fan Zone Agreement between the City of Burbank and the Los Angeles\nWorld Cup 2026 Host Committee to designate the City of Burbank as an official fan zone site\nfor the FIFA World Cup 2026, including a binding arbitration requirement, and authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee to execute the agreement.\n2.
