14.\nAPPROVAL\nCONSIDERATION OF A COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT\nBY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARAMOUNT AND CLPF GSI\nPARAMOUNT OWNER LP IN RELATION TO THE MADISON\nCAPITAL HOLDINGS/GO STORE IT PROJECT AT 7342\nPETTERSON LANE\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the Community Benefits\nAgreement with CLPF GSI Paramount Owner LP in relation to the\nMadison Capital Holdings/Go Store It Project at 7342 Petterson\nLane and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the\nagreement; and 2) Approve the proposed uses of this funding\nsource as outlined in this report.
