4. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH F.M. THOMAS AIR CONDITIONG, INC. FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF\nTHE HVAC SYSTEM CONTROLS AT THE COLUMBIA MEMORIAL SPACE CENTER, CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) NO. 26-16\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve a public works contract agreement with F.M. Thomas Air Conditioning, Inc. in the amount of $180,000\nfor the upgrade of the Direct Digital Control System for the HVAC at the Columbia Memorial Space Center; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all amendments to the agreement.
