Item 51:\nPure Water Phase 1 Consolidated Action – Contractor Contract Time Extensions.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThese actions have no cost impacts as they are requesting authority for time extension\nonly.\nCouncil District(s) Affected:  Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nSubitem-A:  (O-2026-84)\nIntroduction of an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or designee, to extend the\nobligations of Construction Contract K-21-1848-DBB-3 with OHLA USA, Inc. for an\nadditional twelve months in connection with the Pure Water Phase 1 Morena Conveyance\nNorth Project.\nSubitem-A:  6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.\nSubitem-B:  (O-2026-80)\nIntroduction of an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or designee, to extend the\nobligations of Construction Contract K-21-1744-DBB-3-A with W.A.
