2.I. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR LED\nSTREETLIGHT CONVERSION PROJECT [S.\nCAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, R. GARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the Notice of\nCompletion for the LED Streetlight Conversion Project\nby Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the work and\nauthorize the following: a. File the Notice of\nCompletion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles\nRecorder's Office, b. Issue the final payment to the\ncontractor at the end of the 35 day lien period, c.\nRelease of the Performance Bond on the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, d. Release of\nthe Payment Bond 35 days after the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, pending no\nreceipt of Stop Notices from material suppliers or\nsubcontractors.\nSTAFF REPORT
