Keeping of chickens, hens, and/or fowl in Residential Areas\nRecommendation: that the City Council receive the report, provide staff comments and\nconsider the following options: a) Keep the zoning code as is, not allowing\nchicken/poultry/hens within residential areas; or b) Direct staff to draft\nchicken/poultry/hen regulations to be brought forward for consideration by the City\nCouncil; or c) Provide alternative direction to staff.
