(Godinez) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1)Adopt Resolution No. 2026-__, A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES,\nCALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING, APPROVING, AND ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE\nAGREEMENT FOR A SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AND THE AMERICAN\nFEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES\nDISTRICT COUNCIL 36 FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH\nJUNE 30, 2028; and, 2) Waive Administrative Instruction No. 2-20, which\nrequires the City Council to take action on a Tentative Agreement only after it\nhas been placed on a City Council agenda for a minimum of two City Council\nmeetings that are held at least two weeks apart; the waiver would enable the\nCouncil to adopt the attached Resolution during the February 17, 2026 City\nCouncil meeting.\nAgenda Report
