REATH, J.\nHEREDIA]:\nThe City Council will consider awarding an\nAgreement for Services with JCL Traffic Services for\non-call traffic control and site services for special\nevents.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize the City\nManager to enter into a three-year agreement with\nJCL Traffic Services in an amount not-to-exceed\n$750,000 to provide on-call traffic control and site\nservices for special events; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident\nto the award of the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
