5.\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve\nAmendment 5 to the Property Lease Agreement with\nCrown Castle GT Company LLC, for the lease of\nCity-owned property at Henie Hills Reservoir for a\ntelecommunications facility, extending the term of the\nagreement for five years to February 28, 2031, with total\nrevenue to the City in the amount of $396,424; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the amendment\nupon receipt of all supporting documents.\n25-1160
