10.\nConfirmation of 2026 Weed Abatement Charges\nThe City Council will consider:\n1. Conducting a Public Hearing to consider a Hearing of Protests where any\nand all property owners having any objections to the proposed removal of\nweeds, brush, rubbish, dry grass, stubble, refuse, or other flammable material,\nmay appear before the City Council and show cause why said weeds, brush,\nrubbish, dry grass, stubble, refuse, or other flammable material should not be\nremoved in accordance with this resolution, and said objections will then and\nthere be heard and given due consideration; and\n2.
