Item 252:\nExamination Period of Election Materials.\nPursuant to San Diego Municipal Code Section 27.0402, ballot materials for the municipal primary election of June 2, 2026 for the City of San Diego,\nwill be available for public examination for ten (10) calendar days immediately following the filing deadline for submission of ballot material in the\nOffice of the City Clerk. During the examination period, any voter registered in the City may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all\nof the ballot or sample ballot materials be amended or deleted.
