12.10 Renewal of a Software License Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) for Geographic Information System (GIS) Software\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Enterprise Software License Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) for Geographic Information System (GIS) on an unlimited basis, including maintenance for the firm, for a term of three years in an amount not to exceed $60,300 annually, totaling $180,900.00 over the three-year term.
