Expenditure:\nNone.\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing, and\n2. Adopt\nRESOLUTIONS\napproving\nConditional\nUse\nPermit (CUP24-00028)\nand Development Permit (DVP24-00004), and making factual findings exempting the\nProject from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n21080.66 of the California Public Resources Code (PRC) Assembly Bill 130 (AB 130).
