6.\nSCHEDULED MATTERS\nFunding Allocation for the Mural Lighting Installation at the Mixmaster\nUnderpass and City Hall Parking Lot Project\nStaff recommends that City Council consider:\n1. Appropriating funding in the amount of $392,800 to cover the total cost of\nconstruction for the Mural Lighting Installation at the Mixmaster Underpass and\nCity Hall Parking Lot Project, including construction contingencies and project\nmanagement services; and\n2.
