(39)\n26-0011-S6\nCDs 6, 11\nMOTION (PARK - YAROSLAVSKY - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding\nto support overtime for additional repair work and a dedicated street\nlighting crew that will be shared between Council District 11 and 5.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 of the Council\nDistrict 11 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture\nFund No. 43D/50 to Bureau of Street Lighting Fund No. 100/84\nas follows to support overtime for additional repair work and a\ndedicated street lighting crew that will be shared between\nCouncil District 11 and 5, as noted in the Motion, attached to the\nCouncil file.\n2. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 of the Pipeline\nFranchise Revenue portion of the Council District 5 Real\nProperty Trust Fund No. 687 to Bureau of Street Lighting Fund\nNo. 100/84 as follows to support overtime for additional repair\nwork and a dedicated street lighting crew that will be shared\nbetween Council District 11 and 5, as noted in the Motion,\nattached to the Council file.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Lighting to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
