AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement the following actions:\na. Disencumber and revert the unspent funds up to $465,975\nfrom the Engineering Special Services Fund No. 682/50,\nAccount No. 50YVLC (El Pueblo Master Plan), back to El\nPueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Revenue\nFund No. 737/33, and appropriate therein to Account No.\n33133C (El Pueblo de Los Angeles).\nb. Transfer and appropriate up to $465,975 from the El\nPueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Revenue\nFund No. 737/33, Account No. 33133C (El Pueblo de Los\nAngeles) to El Pueblo Fund No. 100/33, Account No. 3040\n(Contractual Services).\nc. Transfer and appropriate $500,000 from the Capital and\nTechnology Improvement Expenditure Program (CTIEP)\nFund No. 100/54, Account 00CAAX (El Pueblo Master\nPlan) to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical\nMonument Revenue Fund No. 737/33, as follows:\n$432,802 to Account No. 33133C (El Pueblo de Los\nAngeles) AND $67,198 to Account No. 3314C (General\nServices).\nd. Transfer and appropriate $432,802 from the El Pueblo de\nLos Angeles Historical Monument Revenue Fund No.\n737/33, Account No. 33133C (El Pueblo de Los Angeles)\nto El Pueblo Fund No. 100/33 as follows: $382,802 to\nAccount No. 3040 (Contractual Services) AND $50,000 to\nAccount No. 1070 (Salaries - As Needed) for as-needed\nstaffing, capital improvements projects, and contractual\nservices in preparation for World Cup 2026 and the 2028\nOlympics.\ne. Transfer and appropriate $67,198 from the El Pueblo de\nLos Angeles Historical Monument Revenue Fund No.\n737/33, Account No. 33140C (General Services ), and\nappropriate to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as\nfollows: $34,338 to Account No.1014 (Salaries -\nConstruction Projects ) AND $32,860 to Account No. 3180\n(Construction Materials) for rodent abatement.\n2. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer and El Pueblo de\nLos Angeles to make technical corrections, clarifications, or\nrevisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any\nnew instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion,\nand including and corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be\nmade orally, electronically or by any other means.
