AUTHORIZE the Harbor Department Executive Director, or\ndesignee, to execute said Second Amendment to\nReimbursement Agreement No. 21-9795 with Bellwether\nFinancial Group, Inc.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the BOHC. Neither the\nCity Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has\ncompleted a financial analysis of this report.
