(24)\n06-2467-S1\nCD 8\nCATEGORICAL\nEXEMPTION,\nORDINANCE\nFIRST\nCONSIDERATION and PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to the dedicated public street westerly of Main Street between\n89th Street and 90th Street being established as Tupachi Place.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. FIND that the name change and establishment is exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to\nArticle III, Class 5(3) of the City’s Environmental Guidelines.\n2. FIND that the name of the dedicated public street westerly of\nMain Street between 89th Street and 90th Street, shown on\nExhibit A of the City Engineer report dated June 26, 2024,\nattached to the Council file, be established as Tupachi Place.\n3. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated\nJune 26, 2024, establishing the name of that certain dedicated\npublic street as Tupachi Place.\n4. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit a copy of Ordinance\nupon publication to the Board of Supervisors of the County\nof Los Angeles pursuant to Section 34092 of the\nGovernment Code.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that a fee of\n$5,000 was collected pursuant to Section 19.6.1 of the Los Angeles\nAdministrative Code.
