(41)\n26-0207\nMOTION (RODRIGUEZ - PRICE) relative to funding of the Youth\nDevelopment Department (YDD) 4th Annual Youth Summit in March\nand the 4th Annual Youth Expo in May.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $20,065 in the Youth\nDevelopment Department (YDD) Fund No. 100, Account No.\n1010 (Salaries, General) to Account No. 1070 (Salaries, As-\nNeeded) within the same fund, to hire as-needed, part-time staff\nto assist with the planning and execution of the YDD’s 4th\nAnnual Youth Summit in March and the 4th Annual Youth Expo\nin May.\n2. AUTHORIZE the YDD to make any corrections, clarifications or\nrevisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any\nnew instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion,\nand including any corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections/clarifications/changes may be made\norally , electronically or by any other means.
