Receive and Adopt the Santa Monica Blvd Safety Study, funded by a Caltrans Sustainable\nTransportation Planning Grant\nNew Item Received 2/19/2026\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the recommendations outlined in the Santa Monica Boulevard Safety Study;\n2. Direct staff to proceed with the phased implementation of the Santa Monica Boulevard\nSafety Study recommendations; and\n3.
