Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption from the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15301 (Class 1 Existing\nFacilities of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines and pursuant to\nSection 15061(b)(3) of the State Implementation Guidelines.\n2.
