Approve the purchase of 20 additional Accela Civic Platform user licenses to support\nincreased system usage and the implementation of new business processes.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments.\nThe City of Lancaster has utilized the Accela Civic Platform since 2018 to support Planning,\nPermitting and related regulatory functions. The City is expanding its use of Accela to\ninclude new operational processes, specifically Special Event Permitting and Code\nEnforcement. These additions are critical to supporting current operational needs, improving\ncompliance tracking, and streamlining workflows.
