RI-6 APPROVAL OF ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MLADEN\nBUNTICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE\nSUPPORT OF THE CITY’S STORMWATER CAPTURE FACILITIES - It is recommended\nCity Council 1) Approve an on-call Professional Services Agreement with Mladen Buntich\nConstruction Company (Buntich) for operations, maintenance, evaluation, installation, construction\nand development of projects related to the City’s stormwater capture facilities and authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to issue task-specific work authorizations under the approved\nagreements and authorize staff to issue an open purchase order to Mladen Buntich Construction\nCompany in an amount not-to-exceed $2,664,704.62.\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you are a qualified individual with a disability and need an accommodation to\nparticipate in the City Council meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s Office, 5050 Clark Avenue, Lakewood, CA, at 562/866-9771,\next. 2200; or at cityclerk@lakewoodca.gov at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that reasonable arrangements can be made to provide\naccessibility to the meeting.\nAgenda items are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, 5050 Clark Avenue, Lakewood, and are available for public review during\nregular business hours.
