5. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BE SOCIAL PRODUCTIONS FOR THE LOS ANGELES WORLD CUP 26 FAN ZONE AT THE CITY OF DOWNEY That the City Council:\n1. Approve a professional services agreement with Be Social Productions for the Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone within the City of Downey, for a contract term beginning February 24, 2026 through July 30, 2026; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all amendments to the agreement.
