4.\nAMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT WITH 3Di SYSTEMS INC TO\nCONTINUE TO PROVIDE SOFTWARE SERVICES FOR RENT\nSTABILIZATION PROGRAM\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 with 3Di Systems, Inc., to extend the software\nservices for the Rent Stabilization Program for one (1) year and amending\nthe contract amount in the amount of $79,380; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Final Terms of the Contracts
