Item 58:\nAuthorize the Third Amendment to Sole Source Agreement (Contract H186994) with\nGeosyntec Consultants, Inc. to provide Technical Consultant Services for National\nPollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the original as-needed agreement\nby $492,350 to a total of $1,217,330 and extends the Agreement term by three years (for a\ntotal of five years) which expires in February 2029.
