Item 332:\nPreservation and Progress Package A.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source: N/A\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nThis action requests the approval of Preservation and Progress Package A, which is part of\na comprehensive update to the City’s Heritage Preservation Program. The Preservation\nand Progress Package A includes amendments to the Historical Preservation Element and\nAppendix F of the General Plan; amendments to the Land Development Code of the\nMunicipal Code related to appointments to the Historical Resources Board, noticing of\ndesignation actions, and appeals of historic designations; and amending the purpose and\nintended use of the City’s Historic Preservation Fund to advance equity in historic\npreservation.\nSubitem-A: (R-2026-312)\nResolution amending the General Plan Historic Preservation Element and Appendix F\nrelating to the Preservation and Progress Initiative.\nSubitem-B: (O-2026-91 Cor.
