Open the public hearing;\n2. Receive presentation from staff;\n3. Pose questions to staff;\n4. Allow members of the public to offer comment;\n5. Pose follow up questions to staff;\n6. Close the public hearing;\n7. Move to approve the Resolution calling a special election for voter consideration of a\nballot measure making the offices of City Clerk and City Treasurer appointive; and\napprove for first reading ordinance that effectuates the same subject to voter approval;\nand\n8.
