3)CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING JOB SPECIFICATION FOR ANECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AND ADOPT RESOLUTIONS AMENDING THE SALARYPLAN AND TABLE OF ORGANIZATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026Recommend that the City Council:a. Adopt Resolution No. 8433 approving job specification for an Economic DevelopmentManager;b. Adopt Resolution No. 8434 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Salary Plan to incorporatean Economic Development Manager;c. Adopt Resolution No. 8435 amending the Table of Organization for FY 2025-2026 toincorporate an Economic Development Manager; andd. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute allrelated documents.
