6.\nProposed Motion:\n1.\nApprove Project 55067 East Santa Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project plans and\nMarch 3, 2026 - Page 4\nspecifications.\n2.\nApprove the following budget transfers and appropriations in Project 55067 East\nSanta Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project:\n·\n$350,000 Downtown Parking Program / General Fund (Fund 10) budget transfer\nand appropriation from Project 55450 Infrastructure Repair and Replacement -\nPublic Facilities to 55067 East Santa Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project within\nthe Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).\n·\n$65,000 Infrastructure Fund (Fund 11) budget transfer and appropriation from\nProject 55450 Infrastructure Repair & Replacement - Public Facilities to Project\n55067 East Santa Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project within the Capital Projects\nFund (Fund 74).\n3.\nAward $345,000 construction contract for East Santa Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation\nProject to Onyx Paving Company and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nand administer the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4.\nAuthorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.\nCITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT AND CITY COUNCIL\nAPPOINTED SALARY SCHEDULE
