Adopt Resolution No. 2026-012 rescinding the former Emergency Operations Plan adopted\nby Resolution No. 2020-016 and adopt the 2026 City of Brea Emergency Operations Plan.\n— 2. Find the proposed project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines. The Emergency Operations Plan has been assessed and determined to be exempt\nfrom the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3). As such, the proposed plan will not have a significant\neffect on the environment.
