Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, and Orange for the\nState College Boulevard/The City Drive Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP)\nProject; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Agreement and any non-monetary\ncontract amendments and ancillary documents subsequently required to implement the\nCooperative Agreement. There is no fiscal impact on the General Fund.
